The HASSAY SAVAGE broaching process can often be a good and cheap alternative, where - often unnecessarily - expensive and complex special machines are used.
The Hassay Savage broaching process does not require a broaching machine, achieves high surface qualities and is extremely easy to use. Hassy`s broaches are available in many shapes and sizes.
The standard sizes 2 - 25 mm are always in stock. Broaches for a cut in other sizes are available in the short term, the delivery times of other sizes and special designs, we call on request.
Hassay broaches are made of special alloyed steel.
They are suitable for broaching alloyed and unalloyed steel (stainless steel, V2A, V4A, gray cast iron, cast steel, as well as acid- and heat-resistant steels) up to a hardness of HRc 35.
The Hassay Savage broaches are identical to those of Dumont!
