Vacuum grid plates with compressed air Vacuum generator "VRP-VE series"

Vacuum grid plates of the VRPL-VE series offer a very flexible and first-time, low-cost alternative for customers who rather sporadically need a vacuum clamping system. They are made of aluminum and have an integrated steel threaded grid pattern, end-stops, a Venturi nozzle for vacuum generation and a pressure gauge for vacuum monitoring. They are mainly used when no breakthroughs have to be milled, e.g. for plan or external contour milling with leaving a rest-thickness in the ground. With this vacuum plate also breakthroughs can be milled, but it is an adapter mat necessary which is included. (1x)

Vacuum Metapor Plates "VMP Series"

Vacuum plates of the VMP series have a micro porous, air-permeable surface. This makes it possible to create a very homogeneous and uniform vacuum over the entire surface. For thin walled materials, no deformation caused by holes or grooves.

Vacuum hole grid plates "VLRP series"

VLRP series vacuum clamping plates not only offer a massive cast aluminum construction, but also fold-up eccentric work piece stops. In addition, the vacuum clamping plates can be joined together in a completely modular way. The main highlight is the 100mm thread pattern in the top surface. This allows e.g. attaching tools such as vices and workpiece clamps without having to remove the vacuum plate from the machine. This provides flexibility in the choice of tool and workpiece. These vacuum plates are made for cutting thru the workipece!
