System types:
Flexible: Adjustment of the flexible jaw by simply lifting the locking mechanism
Basic: Adjustment of the flexible jaw by pulling and staking a bolt
Standard lengths of the two systems are 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm. The Basic System also has a 400mm length. Clamping force 7to at 200Nm. Jaw width 111mm. Spindle stroke of the clamping jaw 45mm. Any special lengths on request!
Heavy: length 500mm, 740mm, 1040mm in standard. 20to clamping force. Inside to outside clamping + outside to inside clamping. Spindle stroke of the clamping jaw 80mm. Ideal for carousel lathes + heavy duty machining etc.
Centering vises: clamping range 10-420mm without spindles to change, etc. In the standard, the clamping adjustment is made manually, but there is an unique hydraulic package so the entire clamping is moved hydraulically!
