As a result, we achieve an enormous rigidity of the workpiece-vice combination even with the shortest clamping depths.
In order to be able to determine the ideal position of the grip inserts in the jaw, a grip calculation program was developed which will soon be available on the webpage.
By means of this easy-to-use program, which we then make available on our website, you determine in a very short time the installation position by about 50% of the clamping force to press the inserts in the workpiece and the other 50% to enclose around the workpiece contour. With this method, the vibrations occurring during machining are almost completely absorbed by the closing of the component with the top jaw, and tool life increases considerably.
